You will have a one on one image strategy discussion about who you are and what you seek to communicate about your brand. We'll curate a mood board around the vision, and Rachel will style you in amazing pieces that speak and tell your story.
The styling fee includes a one-on-one image strategy session, personally curated mood board, time to create and shop for the looks, my time to pull looks for talent, a personal fitting session before the photoshoot, and on-set prep and styling of your wardrobe.
*The actual cost of wardrobe is not included in the styling fee
Q: I have never been styled... How does it work? What is included in the styling fee?

We recommend you book your shoot at least six weeks in advance to give us an ample amount of time to plan your session. A minimum of three weeks in advance is required. If your desired shoot date is sooner than three weeks, a rush fee may be added to your final balance.

Our Boss Up & Media Day packages take care of your makeup needs. I know... so convenient. We have a shortlist of makeup artists that we know and trust that you can choose from. If you have a go-to makeup artist you love, we are more than happy to go with your preference. We will take care of those fees for you.
At the moment, J Lauryn x Golden Styles does not offer hairstyling in any of our packages. However, we are are happy to send a recommendation for your specific hair needs.
Q: I see a makeup artist is included. Do I get to choose my own makeup artist?

We have you covered! Based on our initial consultation, we will find some location suggestions for you during the planning process and include them in your initial aesthetic proposal. Of course, is you have a location in mind, we will go with your preference.
Every location is different and ranges in pricing. Some sites are free and public to use (city streets, your home/office, parks), some require a permit to shoot, and some locations allow you to rent the space (Airbnb or Peerspace). Any additional fees required by the establishment are not included in our packages.

Can you help me? Are location fees included?

We will deliver your photos to you via an online gallery within three weeks (15 business days excluding holiday) of your session, or your balance is fully paid. If quicker delivery time is desired, you can request a rush on your edits for an additional fee.
Your photos are delivered via Pixieset. You will receive an email link when your photos are finished and will be able to download high-resolution and web-sized images directly from the gallery.
Q: What is your turnaround time for the photos. What if I need them in a hurry?
